I am currently a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Political Science at Université Laval located in Quebec City, Canada. My primary field of study is international relations and my research is focused largely on international security issues. Some of my specific research interests include international relations theory/security theory, asymmetric conflicts, counterinsurgency wars, peace operations, nuclear (non) proliferation, ballistic proliferation, European Union foreign policy, social network analysis and qualitative comparative analysis. My expected dissertation completion is December 2012.
Tennis is my favorite sport and I practise it very often. My favorite player is Rafael Nadal. Vamos Rafa ! On the ladies' side I am a huge fan of Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova.
My favorite quote of the moment is: " Every exit is an entry somewhere else". Tom Stoppard.
